Information is used to provide and improve the transcription service, manage your account, process payments, and communicate service updates.
3. Audio Data
Audio messages are processed in real-time through AI providers and are not stored on our servers. Transcriptions are delivered directly to WhatsApp and are not retained after delivery.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Groq and OpenAI for audio transcription, Stripe for payment processing, and standard infrastructure providers. Each has their own privacy policies.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest for account information.
